Marian Paul
Founder and expert facilitator with over 35 years of experience leading workshops on a variety of topics. She is in high demand for her expertise in Blanket exercises, Parenting, Indigenous Parenting, Anxiety, self-esteem, FASD, and Intergenerational trauma. Marian has significantly contributed to the development of parenting booklets for the Manitoba government. As a survivor of intergenerational trauma, she is a passionate and dedicated advocate, committed to helping others progress in their lives.

Taanshi! Boozhoo! Hello! As an artist, wife, mother, and Métis woman who grew up in Northern Manitoba, Cheryl Ruckle has had the privilege of learning from many knowledgeable people. Joanne Sampson
As a trained facilitator, Joanne leads both in-person and virtual sessions for the Kairos Blanket Exercise, an experiential journey through the shared history of Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada. She collaborates with Treaty 8 Elders to develop interactive Blackfoot Exercises, educating Albertans about the ancestral Blackfoot territory and the enduring impacts of colonization. Joanne’s commitment extends beyond education; she has also managed treatment programs for Indigenous youth and served as an education consultant for a First Nations school. Additionally, she actively participates in Calgary’s community music and musical theatre scene as both a performer and a conductor. Joanne’s multifaceted career spans education, facilitation, and community involvement, with a focus on Indigenous history and cultural understanding.
